Clean Fuel Export Hub: #Produces ~7 million tonnes per year of green ammonia exported via deep-water port facilities at #Al‑Mokha, #generating USD 4–5+ billion annually in hard-currency revenues to stabilize the national balance of payments.
Transformational #Energy Access: Supplies 2 GW of firm clean #electricity directly to the domestic grid, driving down local power costs from USD 0.30 to USD 0.08 per kWh.

Risk is mitigated through a ring-fenced Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), offshore hard-currency revenue collection accounts, long-term offtake contracts, and DFI-backed political risk guarantees.
